What would life be like without the Bible?
Without the Bible this would would be even more chaotic than it is now. Without the Bible Christians would only know about God from generations passed down- word of mouth. The ethics of Christians wouldn't be as clear and there would be many gray areas. Without the Bible Christians would be totally relying on faith and absolutely no evidence. There wouldn't be as many Christians, and even if there were we would be teaching them what WE thought was best and not God. No one would know what to believe. We are so very blessed that God cared enough about us to give us the Bible. Through his word we learn so much.
As you read your Bible today, ponder on this question. What would YOU do without a BIBLE?
Jeremiah 23:36
But you must not mention 'the oracle of the LORD ' again, because every man's own word becomes his oracle and so you distort the words of the living God, the LORD Almighty, our God.

I need the Quran
You know, I've never thought about this before, but then I remembered all the times where I've needed God's direction/wisdom and somehow found the most helpful bit of scripture! It's pretty cool.
It's sooooo important to read one's Bible every day. I once heard that it's God's love letter to us. Isn't that awesome?
