Either way, it is kind of like life. Seemingly impossible to solve, and it is like that. You can't just decide to sit down and solve the puzzle- or life. The first step in both is deciding there is something more. Deciding you could live a more fulfilling life and that something should happen when you sit around twisting little cubes. Next, you need to admit you can't do it on your own. Your life will never find fulfillment without help, nor will you solve the Rubik's cube; the only way to make anything of it is to turn to someone else. Jesus. Search for the directions. No one can sit down and just solve a Rubik's cube. They might be able to after memorizing the steps, but not when they first see it. Neither can anyone solve life with out Christ. The Bible is Christian instruction manual. When you come to the end of your life, what will your "cube" look like? Will it be a jumbled mess? Or neat and orderly?
The funny thing is, life is never simple. Everything about it is unique and every experience you have will be uniquely yours. No one can tell you how to solve it except the One who made it- the Lord. Seek Him and you will find. You might get scrambled up a few times and have to start over; but with Christ you can know in Heaven it will be solved.

amen.. i like the way you compared the puzzle of life to a rubik's cube, and the Bible to a rubik's cube manual.. it is impossible to solve one at first glance or even after a multitude of attempts.. i've never even solved one my entire life. just like the puzzle of our own lives, only Jesus can solve the complications and problems our sins cause on our lives. God bless your ministry to Christian girls like me. your post has been a simple yet beautiful reminder that Jesus is the answer to all our needs :)
Very good post, Becky! And, like Raine said, I like the Rubik's cube analogy (sp?). :D
Love in Christ,
