Sing Sing Sing!

As teenagers, we are often overcome with emotion. I often let my emotions get the best of me. I can go from a high high, to a low low. Often, as I switch back and forth through these conflicting emotions I have a little argument with myself trying to back in check. When I start to pray for my bad attitude I am overcome with the love of God. I am so unworthy of his grace. I feel God's overpowering love on me. I know that sounds strange, but I feel so very emotionally filled when I think okay God's grace. I am uncontainably happy! Usually, I put worship music on and just get on my hands and knees and let Him feel me up. He fills my every emotional need. He is my everything. I don't feel grumpy and frustrated anymore, I am sooo happy and just want to tell the whole world of his grace!

1 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.

Also, if you play an instrument learn some praise music! I play the piano and when everyone has left the house and I'm home alone I just sing at the top of my voice and play for the Lord. He loves it when you worship Him. When you feel emotionally messy, just break out in a worship song! It turns my whole attitude around.
